Baan Noorg

Baan Noorg Collaborative Arts and Culture is a non profit artist initiative, a fundamental strategy for community development and a service-providing program. Baan Noorg functions as an alternative interdisciplinary art program for developing contemporary art and cultural production for local and global community. It initiated programs and contributions to Nongpo community and other since 2011. Baan Noorg’s programs and activities is by-project funded by government/private institutions and foundations.

Baan Noorg runs by jiandyin (Pornpilai and Jiradej Meemalai) in partnerships with Sakarin Krue-On, Lo Shih Tung and Hsu Chia Wei.


DAY OFF LABoratory (and NPKD)

DAY OFF LABoratory is a series of interdisciplinary and collaborative art program runs by Baan Noorg, a long term pilot project based on post-studio and participatory practice. It functions as a dynamic program to develop contemporary art and cultural production.

Unlimited art workshop for children and Short Film Festival, Baan Noorg – NPKD, a biennale workshop and film festival programs organize at Nongpo community. There has been 2 unlimited Art Workshop for Children and Short Film Festival in 2012, 2013 and will continue in early 2016.
